HARLEY-DAVIDSON PARTNERSHIP RENEWED
Our partnership with Harley-Davidson – which formally began in 2006 – is making great strides in promoting both our brands, and has definitely struck a chord among “hog” aficionados far and wide. With millions of customers all over the world, Harley-Davidson is one of the most recognized brands with incredibly loyal riders and enthusiasts. Our relationship with Harley-Davidson helps us contemporize our brand and provides access to a channel serving a unique audience of leisure transient travelers with 70 percent of Harley-Davidson owners staying at hotels within the past 12 months.

In fact this partnership has been such a positive one that we have extended it for an additional three years. We will continue to provide special benefits for motorcycle riders, including reduced hotel room rates, Best Western Ride Rewards loyalty program and the hotel chain’s Rider Friendly properties. More exciting, Best Western is serving as the Official Lodging Partner of Harley-Davidson’s 110th Anniversary in 2013. It’s being referred to as “The Rumble Heard ‘Round the World,” and with good reason. Anniversary events will span 11 countries on six continents including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. Capping the regional experiences will be two main anniversary celebratory events in Rome, Italy and Milwaukee, Wis., where the company is headquartered.

On January 13, 2013, Best Western staff had the opportunity to meet many soon to be brides and grooms during the Pink Bridal Show in Knoxville. If you are getting married and did not get to attend the show please allow us to help you.

We offer lodging room blocks for your out of town family and friends. The lodging rooms offered in the blocks will be offered at a discounted group rate; and we will hold the rooms up to 45 days, before your wedding, to give everyone an opportunity to set up their reservation. Our three event rooms are used by our wedding groups for hospitality, rehearsal dinners and bridal shower areas, for everyone to gather and visit.

Many weddings like to put together an arrival gift for their friends and family who come into town. Our seasoned staff will assist you with making sure your arrival gifts are in place for your friends and family arrival. We can even suggest ideas from what other weddings have done to make this process easier.

Consider our Presidential Suite for your wedding evening too! This suite boasts a room with a king bed, large sitting area, 42” flat screen television and a huge whirlpool tub! We will even work with your maids of honor; and let them get into the room early before you arrive to ready the room: rose petal turndown, LED candles, flowers, champagne on ice etc! They will love doing this for you plus you need a nice place to stay before you dash off for your honeymoon!
